What is your Favourite food memory? Eg - is there a Xmas dinner you can never forget or waking up to the smell of a freshly baked cake?
A: My mother's Sunday roast chicken with twice-fried
roast potatoes, rich brown gravy and cheesy cauliflower.
Who is Laura? What 140 characters
best describe you?
A: I'm the sort of person who can spend a month thinking
about this, and realise I need about two pages to properly answer the question,
but in short I am an avid foodie with a passion for travel, people and my
charity of choice, cancer awareness.
What has been your best restaurant
experience?
A: Casa do Caranguejo in NiterĂ³i. Eating Moqueca de Peixe
on the beach freshly caught from the fisherman was truly a unique cultural and
gastronomic experience!
What is your favourite dish in the
world (laurasworld), something you could eat almost all day, every day?
A: Cream of Tomato Soup with a melted cheddar topping and
garlic toasted croutons.
Worst food addiction, ours are
hotwings?
A: Andiccios Pizza’s Cream Cheese & Chive sauce.
Are there any new restaurants or
dishes you just recently discovered that you would like to mention?
A: There are actually too many to mention, but I am very
interested in Asian-inspired dishes mixed in with the my staple authentic go-to
classics.
Is there anything you would like
the world to know about you?
A: Between my Laura’s World Instagram, Twitter, and
Facebook page, I am not sure there is more to be shared (that isn't currently
being done already).Thank you for sharing with our grate users, Laura!
